ONE FRAMEWORK · EVERY PROGRAM — NO NEW SYSTEM, NO INTEGRATION PROJECT

How Strativue works

Your teams keep producing the reports they already produce. We resolve them into one program model and deliver the executive, program, and operational view from the same facts, on a cadence you can set your calendar by.

WHO IT'S FOR

Programs where the reporting burden has outgrown the reporting method.

Platform & SaaS companies

Your enterprise implementations have the same three-altitude problem your customers do — except you're living it from the vendor side. Your CSM says green, your implementation lead says amber, and the customer's exec sponsor heard something different on the last call. That gap is where renewals quietly die.

AI & data platform providers

Enterprise AI deployments fail on governance far more often than on capability. The model works; nobody agrees on whether the program is succeeding. Strativue gives your deployments a defensible reporting spine.

Systems integrators & primes

Task order and portfolio health across contracts, with a picture your client actually trusts.

Program offices

Federal, state, and enterprise. Modernization, capital, and multi-stakeholder programs where the reporting burden has outgrown the reporting method.

Network & service operations

Incident and outage coordination, where leadership, the NOC, and field crews need the same restoration picture in real time.

Public safety & emergency management

Where PPSA started, and still where the stakes are clearest. CAD/RMS rollouts, interoperability programs, and grant-funded modernization efforts, where three agencies rarely see the same picture of readiness — and where a wrong status report has real consequences.

THE ENGAGEMENT MODEL

Run as a service, not a software purchase.

A project pays once. A cadence pays every month — and it's the only tier that compounds.

TIER 0

Altitude Check

Free · 30 minutes

Send a recent status deck. We show you where your altitudes diverge — the same skill we sell, demonstrated in under half an hour.

TIER 1

Strativue Assessment

Fixed fee · One time · 2–3 weeks

Maps the altitudes, the reporting sources, and where the program is losing days to reconciliation. You own the findings brief outright.

TIER 2 · THE CADENCE

Strativue Cadence

Monthly subscription · 6- or 12-month terms

We run the model. Every cycle you get one resolved program picture and three altitude briefings from it — executive, program, and operational — plus a standing review call.

TIER 3

Strativue Command

Monthly · Premium

Multi-program or portfolio scope, a faster cadence, and incident and outage readiness — a live common picture for leadership, ops, and field crews while the clock is running.

TIER 4

Embedded Practice Lead / License

By relationship only

Available once a Tier 2 or 3 relationship is established.

QUESTIONS WE GET

Straight answers, before you have to ask.

Why can't we just do this ourselves with AI?

You can, and the tooling is the easy part now. We've watched an organization buy one of the most capable data platforms on the market, bring in a Big Four firm to implement it, and two years later still not be able to answer "are we on track?" in under a week. More technology than they needed, less agreement than they required. The hard part is getting three levels of an organization to agree on what "at risk" means, who owns the number, and what cadence everyone lives by. There's no software answer to that — which is why we sell it as a service, not a license.

You came out of public safety. Do you know our world?

We run enterprise platform implementations for a publicly traded software company, and led a seven-figure enterprise SaaS procurement before that. What's different about our background is that we learned this discipline in an environment where a wrong status report has consequences that show up in the news. That standard travels well.

Why a subscription and not a project?

Because a one-time fix decays. The reason your reporting drifted is that cadence erodes under pressure — the week everyone's busy is the week status slips, and that's exactly the week you need it. The subscription is what holds the discipline in place.

We already have reporting tools. What's so different about Strativue?

Your tools tell you what each team reported. They don't tell you whether those reports agree — and that's a different problem, one no dashboard fixes by adding another chart. A platform is only as reliable as the discipline behind who updates it, when, and what "amber" means to the person entering it. Without a governed cadence, three tools produce three versions of the truth just as easily as three spreadsheets did — that's the multi-altitude, multi-stakeholder gap we built Strativue to close. We've seen it run from a few thousand dollars in reconciliation hours on a small rollout to millions on a multi-site or multi-agency program, once you count the decisions made — or delayed — on the wrong number. Strativue isn't another tool competing for a screen. It's the layer that makes sure the ones you already have are telling the same story.
